Why does moving have to suck so bad?

So my computer just took a crap on me the other day. My hard drive decided to stop working, sooooo great. Last 3 years of pictures, just gone, all I have left is whats up on this site, so good thing i tried to put the best ones up here. But as a computer nerd I'm not just about to let my files disappear like that, sooooo. I did some research on the internet and found that sometimes if you freeze your hard drive you might be able to get it working.

Me and some friends watched the movie Closer the other day, and all I have to say is WOW, I love that movie, I don't know why, it just strikes a very weird chord in me, Here are some of my favorite quotes from it:
